The first record of the building dates from the 18th century, when it was owned by the Krutek family. It belonged to the family until Štefan Krutek sold to Ján Valášek. But by 1810 the owner had become Jozef Bartošík. It is also known that the house belonged to the Radlinský family (Ján, Gašpar, and after 1897 Mária Radlinská, who married Kalman Moravský). From 1926 on until nationalization, Helena Kardošová owned the house, purchased on her behalf by Móric Kardoš. The house has a Gothic cellar, a newly built ground floor, and a gable roof.
