58 – Villa of Šimur Stein

This small urban villa was designed by the architect Michal Maximilián Scheer to meet the requirements for modern living of its proprietor, Šimur Stein.
The winter garden with its external corner window creates the main architectural feature in the otherwise cubic volume of the house. Such connection between interior and exterior makes this construction unique.
